CRITIQUE: I see leaves on a tree and somebody holding them. This photo is one of my classmates from a photoshoot we did looking for a good portrait photo. It gives me a really chill vibe and relaxing feeling looking at it. I can see Focal Point in this because when you first look at this image, you can see the person which is the main subject. I think that cropping would help this image out more because of the Focal Point of the image is based in the center of the photo. I think that the image has pretty good range of values because of the different shades of the same color and the shade to light transitions in the face and on the leaves. I think the depth of field doesn't need to be changed because if I change my aperture to a different number I think it wouldn't give a very foresty, relaxing and would give away that it's just a tree. I would say that the focal points are in the middle of the screen. I am just trying to communicate the fact that being around a good green and good smelling environment will make you feel a lot better and safe. I don't think it has a strong message but it definitely makes you feel better. I think if I were in a better background such as an actual forest or a very green place with a lot of trees would makes the image look 10 times better. I think this image was successful

I think that there is magic and myth in this world and animals I think are very mystical creatures. I think that butterflies are very pretty and mystical because they have lived for over 200 million years on this earth. What I would photograph to show my thoughts and ideas is that I would do something unique that people haven't really done to grab more peoples attention.
Collage Portrait
The intent of this photo was to show my skills with Collage Photography. This photo conveys a sense of magic and surreal photoshop because of the crystal with the particles below it, the three hands, and the circles of light surrounding the object. the importance of this is to show my skills with Collage, You can see I blurred out the face which is a well described example of what it is. Also with the hands blurring into each other. I think this photo is very creative and valuable in its own ways.
National Gallery Portrait
The purpose of this image was to explain someone's emotion through bounce of lighting and photoshop. I structured this by going outside after it rained cause the weather is nice and the light is really well lit on the surface and it was gloomy so basing off of emotion was pretty simple to decide. This represents the theory of the eyeball and how it can control almost your whole body. Showing the crack can represent what the body has gone through and what it has to endure and move on. The puddle can represent a body of water like the body of a human. I think you are unable to understand the image unless explained but I think that this image is well represented.
Shoot Through an Object
The purpose of this photo was to represent my skills "shooting through an object". In the photo, you can see a light foreground of little weeds and a tree and in the back, the person holding a pinecone leaned up against the fire hydrant. I think this matches the criteria pretty well because it has the requirements of being simple, and has the objective.
Get Creative - Mirrors and Pictures
What I did for this photo was take a picture of the person holding the picture of their face then a picture without it on their face and I merged both of the photos together to get half the picture and half the face.
Proof Sheet
For this I put together a collective amount of photos with a friend and used her painting as the main point of this contact sheet. I feel like this develops like a progressive photography image because it's while she's painting she's doing more.
Photo with Shadow
This image represents a photo with shadow using glasses and the sun hitting them creating a shadow infront
POV Photos
Medium Shot: This angle can a sense of relationship, and makes the person seem approachable. You feel like you are part of the scene.
Rear View : Secret or not wanting to be seen.
Extreme Low Angle : A sense of wonder can be achieved
Side Angle : Creates a voyeur relationship. You feel like you are spying on them, or like they don't know that your are watching them.
Tilted Angle : Unstable feeling. This angle makes you think something is about to happen, or has just happened.
Extreme Close Up : Can create an almost spiritual feeling, like we can see what God was up to when the bee was created.
High Angle : The person or place looks small and distant. You feel like you are looking down on people and the world.
Full or Long Shot : The whole person would be included. The image has a sense of place, and the location becomes a part of the story.
Low Angle : Person looks more important, and strong.
Close Up Point of View : Shooting close up often creates intimacy, and shows greater detail to the viewer. In this image we are looking up at the subject, which also gives her a sense of importance.
If I had to pick a favorite, it would either be the close up point of view because I like the detail aspects about it or the rear view angle because it makes the observer think more about the piece which causes them to be more curious making the piece more interesting
